Three years from our last exchange, after which the record is deleted. A demo organisation and its test data are removed when the demonstration ends.
The data is processed by CLOVER CONSULTING alone. It is never sold, rented, or passed to third parties for marketing purposes. It is hosted in France by OVH SAS — 2 rue Kellermann, 59100 Roubaix, France and is not transferred outside the European Union.
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object to the processing of your data, as well as the right to data portability. To exercise them, write to contact@cloverconsulting.fr; we may ask you to prove your identity.
